City facing terracing issue

Last updated : 03 May 2006 By Michael Morris
The three year period allowed by the FA for Championship clubs to convert terraces into seating areas has expired for City but with a new stadium in the offing they have asked for a two year extention.

Should the appeal be turned down City would either have to seat out the Grange End and Bob Bank Terrace or close those area's of the ground.

With a new stadium getting closer it would seen silly to invest more cash into Ninian Park before it's demolished.
