City have been fairly nomadic in recent times but now have a state of the art facilty on the outskirts of Cardiff.
Jones said: "It's great to move in.
"I hope it gives us an edge on opponents for many, many years.
"It's another brick in the foundation of this football club and something to be very proud of."
