"It will be the biggest and best Second Division final yet.

"The stadium will be full. The attendance and atmosphere will be bigger and better than any Division Two final before. It will be the best yet.

"Our two clubs have the best average attendances in the division - and QPR are just ahead of Cardiff.

"These are the two biggest clubs in the division in terms of support and it will be a big day at the Millennium Stadium.

"They beat us at Ninian Park at the end of the season, but that won't have an impact. After all, Bristol City defeated us twice, but we still came through our semi-final."

Ian Holloway spoke to the QPR fans via microphone after last nights semi final win

"We will win it!

"Thank you, the fans, for your support - you've put QPR on the map. This is a proper football club. See you in Cardiff."

"Cardiff City were superb during their semi-final success against Bristol City, but I believe we have the right ingredients to give ourselves a right chance.

"These fans deserve it. This place is special. I feel so proud. We've got a hell of a chance to be a big club now.

"I know we're struggling financiallybut I hope I get a new suit out of it. We need some good clobber because I want us to feel great in Cardiff. Maybe someone could sponsor us?"

Ian Holloway mouthed his way to victory at Ninian Park a few weeks ago. Lennie, don't let him do it again. MM.
