Peter Whittingham has moved to 7th in the all time list of Cardiff City goalscorers over taking John Toshack and FA Cup winning scorer Hughie Ferguson.
Whittingham has scored five times this season but crucially four have come in the last four games with doubles against Huddersfgield and Brighton.
Whitts has had his critics as he seemed to be struggling with the pace of games but lately, with Stuart O'Keefe providing the legwork, Whittingham has been afforded that extra second of time to prove he can still deliver at this level.
