Robbo out, Thorne's a doubt but maybe a new player?

The official website is reporting on Thursday night that City will be without John Robinson for the Crewe game tomorrow and probably for the Wigan game next Tuesday, both at Ninian Park.

Peter Thorne is rated at 50 / 50 for the visit of the Railwaymen and there was talk earlier on Thursday that Jason Bowen may also be struggling.

Richard Langley is available again after being cup tied for the West Ham game so I'd expect him to return on the right hand side of midfield. Mark Bonner can continue to cover for Robinson or if fit, Gareth Whalley.

Should Thorne not make it then Lennie must chose between Campbell or Gordon to partner Earnie or will he have an alternative

The club have said late on Thursday that a loan signing could arrive at Ninian park today.

No names or no clues. Lennie is still thought to be in contact with Spurs over a possible deal for Gary Doherty but it could be anyone.
