Cardiff City players returned for pre-season training on Monday.
The official website have loads of pictures of the squad arriving and doing gym work in their new training gear.
The fixtures for the new season are out on Thursday and the trip to Spain for warm weather training is just a couple of weeks away. We are only 40 days from the start of the season.
Cup draws are also being made on Thursday for the Carabao Cup and the Vertu Trophy (that's a new one for us).
