I had been widely reported over the weekend that Taylor was going to be a Cardiff City player.
Well late on Monday evening Taylor's move was rubber stamped.
Taylor said: "When I came down to Cardiff to have a look around at the end of last week I thought to myself this is a club just waiting to be promoted.
"Hopefully I can play my part to help achieve that."
