If you purchased tickets through Ticketmaster and cannot make the game you can get a refund. The following statement is courtesy of the official website.
Supporters that used the Ticketmaster service to book tickets for the original date and require refunds should send the tickets together with customer reference numbers to the following address, to arrive no later than Monday 9thFebruary 2009.

Refunds will be processed against the credit/debit card used for the original purchase. Supporters will be refunded the full ticket price plus the £1.50 per ticket booking fee. Supporters will not receive refunds for the £4.90 order processing fee (including special delivery).
