We have been allocated 2800 tickets for this fixture, 1500 upper, and 1300 lower. The lower tickets will not be put on sale until the entire upper tier tickets have been sold. If all the upper tickets do get sold the turnstiles will be open either end of the stand with the lower entry off South Africa Road, and upper tier entry the opposite side, this will also mean that no bars will be open in the away end, this is because the lower tier refreshment area is within sight of the football pitch and the Law states that no Alcohol should be consumed in view of the pitch, so to avoid supporters from the lower tier trying to get to the upper no bars in the visiting section will be open unless only the upper tier sells.

The ticket allocation is the full allocation for visiting supporters minus 10% because we stand. Simon Insole, Wayne Nash made representations that we wish to have the kick off time remain at 3 o clock; PC John Tibbert informed us that he had not received any information that the kick off time was to be changed and will confirm this after his meeting with the match commander o n Thursday 22nd March.

PC John Tibbert also informed the meeting that they were looking to give us Walkabout and "o" Neils in Shepherds Bush Green again for those who wish to have a pint, Walkabout can house 1500, and "o" Neils 700, these bars will stop serving at 2.00pm to allow fans plenty of time to get to the ground and through the turnstiles before kick off, as you know at Loftus Road they only have two turnstiles either end so when you turn up on mass it causes problems.

There will be an RVP for coaches just to get them through the Saturday afternoon traffic and ensure they go to the right area for the supporters to drink or go to the ground. There may be a hold back to allow safe access to the coaches and those travelling by train will then be able to use the White City Tube Station which saves an additional 15 to 20 minute walk.
