Azerbaijan shock Serbia to boost Wales hopes

An incredible scoreline as things get even better for Wales. After suffering a 3 - 0 reverse in Finland last weekend Serbia needed to get back to winning ways in Azerbaijan today. Things were looking good with only a couple of mins to go as they were leading 1 - 0. But then two goals in the final minutes produced another amazing Azerbaijan comeback (they came back to earn a 2 - 2 draw in Serbia with late goals).

Serbia are now just about finished in the group, they have a 7 point deficit on Wales and have played a game more. A point for Wales in Belgrade in August will mean the Serbs cannot catch us.

Attention turns to Helsinki tonight with Finland entertaining Italy. Anything other than an Italian win is a huge bonus.
