A long-standing Club supporter, Stephen resides in Perth, Western Australia. As a Board director he will assist the Club in all its future endeavours and will travel to the UK on Club matters as required.
His uncle, George Conway, played for City back in 1940.
Owen-Conway joins just weeks after replacing chief executive Alan Whitely with Malaysian Simon Lim.

Stephen practices in commercial litigation generally, and specialises in competition, taxation, intellectual property and corporations law.
