Bluebirds currently 6th in reserve league table

Crystal Palace lead the way on 22 points from 8 games. Their only points dropped when Cardiff City held them to a goalless draw in September.

Previous leaders Portsmouth have dropped to second place after losing their 100% record when they went down 2 - 1 at Plymouth last week.

Some of the City players who play regular for the reserves will get their chance of a first team game in next weeks LDV Vans game at Exeter City. There is a reserve game planned for the following day though so the club will have to be careful who plays where.

Jason Bowen, Martyn Margetson, James Collins etc should all get a first team chance.
