Honours even at Craven Cottage as Fulham and Cardiff served up a footballing treat.

Two very good sides could both have won the game but the 1 - 1 scoreline served a fair reflection as west London winessed a football match high on quality that was only drgagged back by a fussy referee who stalled the game with his sensitive whistle.

Cardiff dominated the majority of the first half but could easiily have been a goal or two down at the break. Neil Etheridge making some decent saves.

Fulham built on the confidence gained from late first half chances and after hitting the post and seeing an effort cleared off the line finally broke the deadlock when Ryan Sessegnon was offered a virtual tap in.

But Neil Warnock made changes and two subs, Liam Feeney and Danny ward combined to deliver an equaliser.

Nahaniel Mendez-Laing won good possession to supply Feeney and his cross was met by Ward in the 85th minute to secure the point.

It could have been all three as Feeney's effort hit the bar in added time.

Cardiff move onto another tricky fixture at Preson on Tuedsay but with the quality in this side they should have nothing to fear.
