Cardiff City had a great day in Germany as they picked up a comfortable 3 - 0 win over Vfl Osnabruck in the opening game of the Osnabruck Tournament.
The competition saw four matches played over one hour each with Cardiff bossing the competition right from the start.
Fred Gounongbe headed City into a first half lead while after the break Declan John's cross eluded everyone to make it 2 - 0 before Anthony Pilkington ended the scoring with a third City goal.
The win put City in pole position to go on and win the tournament.
