Early news is that Cardiff City will line up 6 first team squad members in the line up.
Peter Thorne will get another game as he completes his return to fitness. Thorne played 80 mins last week and came on as a sub for the first team at Forest and aginst Derby. Martyn Margetson and Spencer Prior (both unused subs from last night) will also play. They will be joined by Jason Bowem Layton Maxwell and Gavin Gordon. All three are just on the fringes of the first 16.
The usual mix of U19 players will complete the line up and the subs.
Gary Croft has pencilled in next Wednesday Sep 3rd as a possible return to action. He is recovering from an appendix operation and hope to play for the resrves against Swansea City in the Combination Cup.
