City will again use a Youth / Reserve squad for the BBC Sponsored trophy.
In the last round City won 3 - 2 at Carmarthen AET thanks to Kevin campbell and Curtis McDonald (2).
"We know they (T.N.S.) are a very good side," Paul Wilkinson told BBC Wales Sport. "They are top of the Welsh Premier and it's going to be a good challenge for us.
"It's another step along the way for some of our younger boys.
"We'll put as strong a team out as we can. We're taking it seriously and want to go as far as we can."
Entry to the game costs £5 for adults and £1 for concessions.
