Cardiff draw Barnsley in Wembley semi final

Cardiff City have been handed a chance to progress to the FA Cup final after being drawn against Championship rivals Barnsley in the semi final. Barnsley will have nothing to fear after already knocking out Liverpool and Chelsea so far in this competition.

It means that at least one Championship side will make the final. Barnsley will be feeling they can win the game as well with the sides just two points apart in the league table. From a Cardiff point of view there is a genuine chance we could be in this years final. Roll on Wembley.

The two favourite sides, Pompey and WBA, have been drawn together in the other semi final.

We now await exact dates / times / tickets etc. But the matches will be played on the weekend of April 5th / 6th.
