Cardiff have been handed a difficult looking tie at Turf Moor in Rd 3 of the Carabao Cup.
City will make the trip either w/c 15 or w/c 22 of September (likely to be the latter as City already have a Vertu Trophy fixture on Sep 16 at Exeter).
One team City avoided in the draw was Manchester Utd. They were knocked out by League 2 Grimsby after a penalty shoot out.
