Carling Cup Draw this Thursday

Last updated : 14 June 2011 By Michael Morris

carlingcupThe announcement will be made by the Football League at 10am.

As usual the draw is seeded and regionalised. Cardiff are a seeded team in the Southern section.

There is a slight difference this year with Birmingham being in Europe they get a bye to the third round. This has left an odd no. of teams in the Southern section so the two newly promoted sides to the League, Crawley and AFC Wimbledon with have to play a preliminary game with reach the first round proper.

So take a look at the Southern unseeded section to see who we might face. The game could be home or away.
