Championship relegation goes down to the wire

A night of high drama at Selhurst Park saw Crystal Palace end with 10 men as they drew with already promoted West Brom.

The draw means that Sheffield Wednesday survive until the last day when they face Crystal Palace at Hillsborough in a relegation avoiding showdown. A point will keep Palace up at the expense of their hosts. For Wednesday only a win will do to save themselves and relegate Palace.

A mouth watering match in prospect just for pure drama. The game is live on BBC 1 and BBC HD.

Sky are showing Blackpool v Bristol City. If Blackpool win they will snatch 6th place and Swansea will miss out. The Jacks have to win at home to have a chance. Anything less than a Blackpool win and Swansea will qualify if they win. Anything less than a Swansea win and Blackpool make it whatever happens.

Cardiff can finish 3rd, 4th or an unlikely 5th. While most likely it will be a Leicester v Cardiff play off semi it could also be Blackpool or Swansea v Cardiff.

City have sold over 1500 tickets, probably more now for the game at Pride Park against Derby on Sunday.

All Championship games kick off at 1:00pm.
