None of the four teams in the top six who played on Saturday won. In fact three of them, Watford, Leicester and Brighton all lost. Palace managed a late goal to draw 2 - 2 against Leeds.

Forest are the big movers getting into the play off places at Brighton's expense. That's five wins in a row for Billy Davies' side.

Whatever happens in the Burnley v Hull game on Monday Cardiff will kick off against Leicester on Tuesday with a minimum 5 point lead over 3rd place with two games in hand.

Makes the table look much brighter for Cardiff after Saturday's games.
