Cardiff though have had their game moved to Tuesday evening becuase opponents Nottingham Forest played on Sunday.
Saturday and Sunday saw the league reach the halfway point. It was matchday 23 and now all the teams have played each other once.
City find themselves in 8th place and still in touch with the play off places but so many points have been wasted. Two goal leads lost, matches where City dominated but came away with nothing and some inept, dire efforts from a group of players who are far better than some of their performances have shown.
