C:WindowsTempphpE638.tmpCharlton sacked Guy Luzon yesterday after a 3 - 0  home defeat by Brentford. The Addicks are in the bottom three of the Championship with only two wins all season and none in the last nine games.

Malky Mackay was made one of the favourites for the role after being spotted at The Valley watching yesterday's match. Mackay has not been in management since being sacked by Wigan in April.

Although Bookmakers have now slashed the odds on Karel Fraeye becoming the new boss. Fraeye, 37, is currently at VW Hamme, who are 12th in Belgium's third division. He was previously Charlton's assistant manager under Jose Riga. He could even be used as a caretaker boss on a temporary basis.
