Michael Chopra is without a club and he's love to come back to Cardiff. The 31 year old had two spells with City scoring 65 goals. None more dramatic than his 50th, the winner below against Swansea.

“I would like to see me coming back to Cardiff. I would like that to happen,” Chopra said in an interview with the Built on Sloper Road podcast.

“I 100 per cent definitely think I could still do a job for Cardiff. I definitely miss living there. It was a great city to live in. Obviously I lived in the city when everything was being built up to what it is now. You look at the city centre and all the apartments have been built up so great and so well. I loved it down there.

“I keep in touch with people. I still speak to Peter Whittingham and Steve McPhail too. They are lads I got on really well with when I was the club. I still speak to the lads. Even when I play against players I used to play with I always go up to them and speak to them before the game.”
