City announce 'Joint anti hooligan strategy'

Cardiff City have issued a statement after yesterdays meeting between Cardiff City, Lord mayor Russell Goodway and the South Wales Police. Measures that are currently in place and those proposed are outlined in the statement which can be found here on the official website.
