City draw Tottenham Hotspur in the Worthington Cup

City pulled out the plum draw of round two of the Worthington Cup. An away day to White Hart Lane. Older City fans will remember the last time the teams met in a cup game, 1977 was when Peter Sayer scored at Ninian Park to knock Spurs out of the FA Cup. City last played at White Hart Lane in January 1978 when Spurs won 2 - 1 in the second division.

Ties to be played 1st or 2nd of October.
