Readings 1 - 0 home win over Millwall lifted them into 6th place, 3 points ahead of City having played a game more.

That was the only fixture to effect the Bluebirds in the table but two other games caught the eye. Firstly Norwich could not make it 9 out of 9 at home as they went down to Watford 1 - 2 at Carrow Rd and more worringly Wimbledon managed another win, this time at Gillingham (1 - 2). After 11 defeats in 12 games Wimbledon have managed to win 3 of the last 5. City face the MK Dons next Saturday.

The other game was 2 - 0 home win for Derby over Burnley.
