The players want to wear the same kit they wore at Middlesbrough as well as saying they were not comfortable wearing white shorts the same as Barnsley citing a possible problem in picking out their team mate to make a pass.
So the Bluebirds will be in black on April 6th while Barnsley have announced they will have a new red commemorative kit for the big day.
