"We have had full and written confirmation from the FAW there will be no further action," said Peter Ridsdale.
The FAW believe that Cardiff had made every effort ahead of the game to ensure a trouble free match. It's impossible to legislate against someone throwing a coin.
"After taking all matters into consideration, the FA of Wales has determined formal action against Cardiff City on this occasion would not be warranted," wrote the FAW in a letter to the Bluebirds.
