Kadeem Harris has been loaned to League Barnsley for three months. Harris has been out of the League squad this season but did make a brief appearance of the bench against AFC Wimbledon in the Capital One Cup.
The deal sees Harris at Oakwell until November 21st.
Cardiff City FC said "We’d like to wish Kadeem the very best of luck at Oakwell and look forward to monitoring his progress."
Another player, keeper Joe Lewis, is reported to be about to move to Championship side Fulham on loan.
