Cardiff City striker Rhys Healey has joined Torquay United on loan until the end of the season. He came off the bench on Saturday to make his debut for The Gulls in the 82nd minute of their 1 - 1 draw at Solihull Moors.
Healey, 23, joins the National League side after making five appearances for Cardiff in all competitions in 2017-18.
