Joe Jacobsen and Curtis McDonald were in the Accrington squad as they face Grimsby at Blundell Park.

Acrrington lost 2 - 0 with Jacobson starting the match. He was subbed in the 52nd minute. He was also booked.

Curtis McDonald was an unused sub.

Jamal Easter is not involved in todays Bristol Rovers v Barnet game. He extended his loan spell with Rovers during the week.

There was drama for Chris Barker at Colchester Utd. The U's beat Essex rivals Southend Utd at Layer Rd 3 - 0, but Barker was sent off 12 mins from time for a second bookable offence. Prior to that Southend had had two players sent off.

City's other loaned out player is Jeff Whitley at Stoke. He's nowhere near the first team as Stoke are on a superb run of form with 4 straight wins and also their last 4 home games have all been wins. Cardiff play there on Tuesday.

Whitley was even subbed from a reserve team game last week.
