City seeded in tonight's Carling Cup 2nd round draw

Cardiff are one of the seeded teams so will avoid all 12 of the Premier League clubs that enter at this atage and also most of the remaining Championship teams.

There are though a couple of Championship teams City could draw and one of them are Swansea.

The jacks came through their first round tie with a 2 - 0 win over Brentford last night.

The full seedings are listed below for the draw that takes place on Sky Sports tonight. 2nd round ties to be played week commencing August 25th, 2008.
