Less than a week after a seemingly failed trial at Cardiff City, the Bluebirds have signed defender Gabriel Tamas.
The 65 times capped former WBA player joins City until the end of the season.
He told the club's official website: "I wanted to return to English football and out of a few offers, decided that Cardiff City was the Club I wanted to come to.
"I've met up with the manager and a few of the boys who I remember playing against during my time in the UK. I'm looking forward to training with the boys and getting out there."
Tamas joined Steaua Bucharest for the second half of last season after departing Watford in January and his previous clubs also include Dinamo Bucharest, Galatasaray, Spartak Moscow and Auxerre.
