City to face Premiership Charlton in pre season friendly

Premiership Charlton Athletic, one of Lennie's former clubs, will play Cardiff City in a pe season friendly on Friday August 1st, 2003. Kick off 7:45pm.

The fixture takes place 8 days before the new season kicks off for Cardiff on August 9th.

Charlton's season in the Premiership kicks off a week later on August 16th.

City last faced a Premiership team pre season last summer when Bolton were beaten 2 - 1 by the Bluebirds.
