It was reported in the press that Registrar Derrett adjourned the winding up action from the tax man giving the club 70 days to sort it out.
The club though have released a statement claiming that the portrayal of the story is inaccurate and that today's hearing took away the threat of a winding up order rather than imposing it.
The club say they have a payment plan in place with HMRC and that there is no prospect of the club being wound up.
