"Everything has been agreed," said Vidmar's agent Garry Thornburn.
"He is more than happy to stay as he is very happy at the club.
"He has agreed another 12-month contract."
Vidmar joined from Middlesbrough last summer on a one year deal. He has played every league and cup game for City so far this season and has chipped in with a goal as well.
