The article (found here) suggests Jones will turn down the approach to remain at Cardiff. With no quotes or facts in the story it will be treated much the same as player speculation.
It's funny how these whispers spread though. Todays Daily Mirror have elaborated slightly on the Echo story by stating Dave Jones is in "crisis" talks at Ninian Park (story here).
Well I was at Ninian Park last night for a sponsors evening and Dave Jones looked a long way from being in a crisis. The majority of the playing squad were also there handing out their shirts to the various sponsors. Most noticeable absentees were Jason Koumas and Ricky Scimeca. Apart from that I think all the first team were there.
