David joined the club just before the arrival of Sam Hammam and for six years under first Steve Borley and then Sam he was tasked with bringing the club into the modern era.
One of his projects was to bring the official website on as a commercial enterprise and as the leading unofficial website we had many conversations about the online progress of Cardiff City FC.
David also had much to do with the early plans for a new Cardiff City Stadium.
Many of the advances of Cardiff City during the first half of the 2000's was down to David and the club are much stronger for that today.
Sad to hear of his passing.
