Disappointed of Cardiff

I need something to cheer up my Ninian Park visits.

As the final whistle went yesterday I trudged out of Ninian Park feeling thoroughly miserable.

I'm not one to complain but in my view yesterday's match was rubbish. I did not boo as some did, we've done well, we've over achieved and maybe I've been spoiled by results and performances earlier in the season. We are still in with the propmotion pack but as they are winning games we are not.

It's been over 7 hours since City last scored. Over 4 and a half matches. The last 4 games have seen two defeats and two goalless draws. That's poor. We have lost top spot and we have lost the huge gap we had to the bottom of the play off places. We have issues with getting crowds to Ninian Park, we've seen 19,000 crowds and while we are still top of the table we've seen 15,000 crowds. Yetserday was only 13,500.

Next week against Ipswich we'll do well to get anywhere near 15,000 again.

The club need some good PR this coming week, they need to be encouraging people to come, there needs to be some good news liven everyone up again otherwise there will be a drop in attendances again.

So moan over, I've got a right to say I'm not happy. Doesn't make me any less of a supporter.

As I write this the draw for the FA Cup has not taken place. Hopefully a home tie with Chelsea will liven the place up. Then the fickle fans will be back and all demanading their rights to get a ticket.
