Doncaster 1 - 3 Cardiff City FT

Jason Koumas came off the bench to win a massive three points for Cardiff City. Koumas replaced Chris Burke in the 87th minute as Dave Jones made the match-winning decision.

The Bluebirds went a goal up against the run of play in the first half when Jay Bothroyd's clever backheel was finished by Chris Burke.

Doncaster continued to cause problems and were rewarded with an equaliser from Coppinger in the 78th minute. Nail biting time as a draw for Cardiff would really have not been enough.

As the game entered the 90th min Jay Bothroyd was fouled and up stepped Jason Koumas to score from the free kick. There was time enough for Koumas to score again after a superb Belamy pass to secure an awesome three points. Back to back wins for Cardiff now and pressure back on Norwich who play Swansea this evening.

Reading continue their rise after a 4 - 3 win at Forest. Millwall beat Leeds to keep play off hopes alive. Reading have come from nowhere to have an eye on an automatic place. The climax to this League is going to be fantastic. Who will hold their nerve?
