FA Cup ticket distribution policy announced

Last updated : 15 April 2008 By Michael Morris
The club have announced the ticket distribution policy for the 2008 FA Cup final between Cardiff City and Portsmouth.

Current Ambassadors for the 2007 / 2008 season who have renewed their tickets for next season already can get two tickets each.

Current season ticket holders get one ticket but may be eligable for a second ticket if they have renewed as an Ambassador for next season. The statement does not make this clear so it will need clarifying.

In order to ensure that every ambassador and season ticket holder from this season, and all all ambassadors that have committed already to next season, are guaranteed tickets the club have just 1500 more ambassador tickets for next season on sale this week. If you purchase an ambassadors ticket for next season (from the 1500) you will be guaranteed a Wembley cup final ticket.

Ticket prices for the final start at £35 and follow £60, £80 and £95.

Postal applications are also being accepted to help alleviate the large queues that were seen when semi final tickets went on sale.

There are less tickets to sell this time. We only get 25,000 for the final, 8,000 less than the semi final.
