Early morning on Sloper Rd
Long queue's had formed around the ground as supporter's waited to get their hands on Barnsley v Cardiff City, Wembley FA Cup semi final tickets.

Fans had been arriving througout the night to be amongst the first to secure a seat at Wembley.

Arriving at 6.15am Nigel Harris encountered a stream of fans heading to the back of the line at the Grange End.

By 10.45am he could see the ticket office and the chance to grab the tickets and get home into the warm was coming near.

The queue's started on Sloper Rd, worked their way into the Grange End where they "snaked" back and fore (like a fairground line) before emerging across the Bob Bank. Then groups of 50 were moved through a holding area before being allowed into the final line for the ticket office. The well organised event looks set to see around 15,000 tickets sold today from a total of 33,000.

Ambassadors and season ticket holders have until 5pm on Thursday to get their tickets before Away Travel Members are allowed to purchase theirs followed by Hull City stub holders.

Online and phone bookings are also being taken.
