Fans starting to turn on Jones

Whilst the majority of fans at Ninian Park last night kept their thoughts to themselves there were a couple of noticeable exceptions.

One man stood in the lower grandstand chanting " Jones Out" over and over. Close enough to be heard by the City bench.

Another vented his feelings in the John Charles Suite and he had to be escorted from the building. He was allowed back in to apologise for his behaviour.

Accepting his apology Peter Ridsdale told him "I don't blame you.

"If I paid to watch that performance as a Cardiff City fan and saw the club chairman I would have said similar things."

There is a bigger wave of ill feeling coming from the Messageboard. It's not just the results this season that are causing concern. In the last 46 games played (the equivilent of a full season) City have hauled in just 48 points. Relegation form.

It's been reported that crisis meetings were held after last nights match. City are at home again on Saturday against Scunthorpe. Failure to win that one will see a much larger section of the crowd turning on the manager.
