"I have spoken to Sir Alex and he has agreed to a loan deal. But there is still some work to be done and nothing, yet, is certain. I am, though, hopeful we can bring Luke Chadwick to Cardiff. He is a player with real potential. There are a lot of people standing in his way at Manchester United." Lennie told the Echo

The 22 year old is an expectant father and he will need to ensure that he is able to support his wife as well as play for Cardiff City.

Chadwick will play for Man Utd reserves tonight against West Brom at Halesowen FC.
