Fleetwood on the double. Reserves win friendly

The official website has revealed today that City played a behind closed doors friendly at Oxford Udt's Kassam Stadium today.

The game ended 2 - 1 to City both goals coming from Stuart Fleetwood penalties.

City's next reserve team game is away at Plymouth on Tuesday March 29th. 5 days before the first team play at Home Park is a massive Championship fixture on April 2nd.

Peter Thorne is expected to be fit for that match with Willie Boland and Paul Parry being given the reserve team game as a chance to prove themselves fit enough for a place in the senior squad for April 2nd.
