Ty Hafan has to raise £2.1million per year in order that it continues to provide the care that it’s children and their families need. Children can stay at Ty Hafan for up to two weeks, either with or without their family. Time is taken to develop trusting relationships between the care team and the child and their family. This gives parents confidence to spend a short time away from their child during their stay at Ty Hafan should they wish./
Ty Hafan offers a caring, warm, homely and therapeutic environment for sick children and their families. They provide specialised help to parents, the sick child and well siblings in a very sensitive and individual way through their Home Support Team.
Entry is from 1pm, the tournament will start at 1.30pm. Spectators and families are welcome, facilities include a bar and Sky Television. There will be a raffle held during the day, there will also be an after match buffet, awards ceremony and team photo opportunities. The event will end at 6pm. The cost to enter a team for the day is £100.
