City old boy Christian Roberts capped a dramatic night for Bristol City win an injury time winner to send the Wurzels to Cardiff for a play off final.
Hartlepool were 1 up until the last few minutes but Bristol levelled before Roberts scored the goal that sent them to cardiff.
They will face either Brighton or Swindon in the final.
