"I am expecting to be able to comment firmly on the situation tomorrow," Fowler's agent George Scott told the Western Mail on Monday night . "But things are looking very positive. There are some i's to be dotted and t's to be crossed, but I am confident they can be dealt with.
"The situation has always been that Dave Jones and Peter Ridsdale both want Robbie to stay at Ninian Park and that is what Robbie also wants to do."
Peter Ridsdale is confident it's going to happen. "We see no reason why a deal should not be done with Robbie within the next 24 hours."
