Jimmy was sent off at Colchester on Saturday, the referee showed him a straight red for a dangerous challenge on the goalkeeper. Even Colchester boss Geraint Williams thought it was a harsh decison but the FAW have thrown the appeal out.
Jimmy will miss the next three games, all at home, against Bristol City, Southampton and W.B.A.
